The 30-Day Happy Bath Promise

Try QuackShield for 30 days. If bath time isn't easier, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order in full – you don't need to send the box back.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement free of charge.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows them within 5–10 business days.
